↩ Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return your item free of charge within 7 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
How to return an item
- Message us on WhatsApp (063 611 0970) with your order details and reason for return.
- We'll confirm the return and share the steps for sending the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within a few working days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
What we can't accept
- Items returned without their original packaging and accessories.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, drops, or liquid contact.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to addresses across South Africa using trusted couriers.
- Delivery fee: a flat R180 delivery fee applies to all orders, added at checkout.
- Processing time: orders are prepared within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery time: delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
- Couriers: The Courier Guy and other reputable courier partners.
- Tracking: once your order ships, we send you a tracking reference so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or for outlying areas. Every device is checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
🛡️ Warranty
All devices sold by M&H Dynamic Tech are certified pre-owned and tested before sale. Each device carries a limited 6-month warranty covering functional faults that are not caused by the customer.
What the warranty covers
- Functional hardware faults that develop under normal use during the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Accidental, physical, or liquid damage.
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, and battery health degradation over time.
- Faults caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or misuse.
Making a warranty claim
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the fault. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
🔒 Privacy Policy (POPIA)
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address — the details needed to process and deliver your order.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
- To communicate with you about your purchase and provide support.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We only share what's necessary with our courier and payment partners to complete your order.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

- Pricing: all prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may update prices and availability at any time.
- Orders: an order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable.
- Product condition: all items are certified pre-owned and described as accurately as possible.
- Liability: our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
- Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store means you accept the current version.
